Mechanochemically synthesized nanocrystalline ternary CuInSe2 chalcogenide semiconductor

The synthesis of nanocrystalline ternary CuInSe2 particles prepared by high-energy milling in a planetary mill in an argon atmosphere from copper, indium and selenium was reported.
