Structure and support induced structure disruption of soft nanoparticles obtained from hydroxylated fatty acids

Soft and spherical nanoparticles, named as cutinsomes, have been prepared from concentrated 9(10),16-dihydroxypalmitic acid (diHPA) in aqueous solution.
