Cellular Viscosity in Prokaryotes and Thermal Stability of Low Molecular Weight Biomolecules

Some low molecular weight biomolecules, i.e., NAD(P)H, are unstable at high temperatures. The use of these biomolecules by thermophilic microorganisms has been scarcely analyzed.
